Xun Wu

Xun Wu

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wu brings extensive experience in management and editorial leadership. Since 2011, he has served as the Chief Editor at Wenzhou News Media Center, where he established clear work objectives and standards for news publication quality, managed and coordinated a professional team of reporters, and oversaw the planning and review of major news releases and special content for key projects. These efforts led to multiple awards from news media organizations. Prior to this, he was an Editor at the same organization from 1995 to 2011, responsible for daily news content, layout design, and maintaining high editorial standards. Mr. Wu began his career as a Typesetting & Printing Technician at Wenzhou Daily Printing Factory. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Wenzhou Normal University and received advanced professional training in electronic publishing systems from Peking University.

Bella Gu

Bella Gu

Interm Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Bella Gu brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, operational governance, and financial oversight. Since July 2021, she has served as Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Koala Malta Limited, where she leads strategic planning, capital allocation, operational governance, and investor relations in the international financial services sector.

Previously, Ms. Gu held the role of Purchasing Manager and Chief Operating Officer at GNET Tech Holdings Limited in London, where she oversaw procurement strategy, vendor management, and corporate communications. Earlier in her career, she worked as a College Counselor at Sichuan Normal University, focusing on student advising and career development.

Ms. Gu holds a Master of Arts from the University of York and a Bachelor of Arts from China West Normal University.

Chad Hoersten

Chief Technology Officer and Secretary

Chad Hoersten serves as the Chief Technology Officer at the Professional Diversity Network. With more than fifteen years of technology experience and more than a decade experience leading international teams of developers, he has lead the development of Professional Diversity Network's network of websites. He has been with the company since 2004 and prior to that he was a senior software engineer at Rockwell Automation. He has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Russell Esquivel

Russell Esquivel

Chief Revenue Officer

Russell Esquivel currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Professional Diversity Network's recruitment business. He oversees P&L and all operations including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Partnership Development. Mr. Esquivel has been with Professional Diversity Network since 2014. Prior to Professional Diversity Network, he worked for Apollo Education Group where he served in several capacities including Vice President of Career Services, Vice President of Diversity Partnerships, and National Director of Latino Affairs Office. Mr. Esquivel was responsible for launching Apollo Education Group's first centralized Career Services initiative and External Affairs Diversity Partnership Office. He has served on several nonprofit Board of Directors including the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), and New Pathways for Youth. Mr. Esquivel obtained his bachelor's degree in business and psychology from the University of Arizona.

Megan Bozzuto is the President of the International Association of Women (IAW), leading programs and initiatives that support the advancement of professional women. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, and community development, she previously served as Chief Marketing Officer and Interim CFO at Professional Diversity Network. Megan holds a B.S. in Accounting Information Systems from Bentley University and is a passionate advocate for women's leadership, empowerment, and career growth.

Boris Krastev

CEO of RemoteMore USA

Boris Krastev is the CEO & Co-founder of RemoteMore USA, Inc. He previously co-founded the company RemoteMore in Berlin, Germany. Krastev joined the family of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. in September 2021 as part of the acquisition of RemoteMore USA, Inc. Krastev oversees strategy, P&L and sales functions at RemoteMore USA, Inc.

Krastev is originally from Bulgaria and having lived in Denmark for 10 years and 2 years in Germany, he speaks fluent English, Bulgarian, Danish, and reads and understands Russian and German. Krastev graduated from Aarhus University (top 100 university) with a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance.

Xin (Adam) He

Xin (Adam) He

Advisor

Mr. Adam He joined us in January 2018, initially serving as audit committee chair of the Board then CFO in March 2019 until his appointment as the Company's Chief Executive Officer in June 2020. In July 2025 he moved to being an advisor. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Wanda America Investment Holding Co., US representative of Wanda Group, a Fortune Global 500 company since May 2012. Among many responsibilities, he managed both benchmark projects: a 101-story “Vista Tower” development in downtown Chicago, and NYSE traded AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., the largest movie exhibitor owning and operating 660 theatres primarily located in the United States. He also served as an independent board director at iFresh Inc. and Energy Focus Inc., both listed on the NASDAQ.

From 2010 to 2012, he served as Financial Controller of NYSE listed Xinyuan Real Estate Co., a top developer of large scale, high quality residential real estate projects. Previously, Mr. He worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP in New York, and held various roles at Chinatex Corporation and an architecture company. He is a member of the Financial Executives International and an executive board director of the China General Chamber of Commerce Chicago. Mr. He obtained a bachelor and master of Science in Taxation from Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, and a master of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. He is a Certified Public Accountant, both in China and in New York state.
